CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE (ESCo)
It is very important that we expand our land programme
with a view to improving flexibility and injury prevention
and aiding recovery and regeneration. We will therefore
add in a few 15 minute slots
either side of the evening sessions that will
include vital aspects of preparation. These will replace
the usual large amounts of time spent doing nothing in
the changing rooms/showers at the start/end of sessions.
Tuesday 1715-1730 - Thera-band exercises
(shoulder stability / injury prevention)
Tuesday 1930-1945 - full body stretch
(recovery / developmental flexibility)
Wednesday/Thursday pre 1700 - arrive
on poolside as early as possible for full dynamic warmup
/ personally prescribed exercises
Thursday 1900-1915 - Thera-band exercises
(shoulder stability / injury prevention)
Friday 2000-2015 - full body stretch
(recovery / developmental flexibility)
Wednesday/Friday land sessions remain as normal.
